Regan “Mana” Lewis Kaimana Aila, Jr., 35, of Hilo died Oct. 12 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Kailua, he was a clothing and general merchandise distributor. Private services to be held at a later date. Survived by wife Phoebe B. Aila; children Tehani K. Aila, Shayla K. Aila, Kazerae K. Aila, Jaysha-Lynn K. Aila, Kainui A. Aila, Junior K. William P. Blaser, 70, of Kurtistown, died Oct. 3 at home. He was a retired construction maintenance worker and machinist. No services. Angela “Angie” Jude Hartfield, 59, of Kailua-Kona died Oct. 5 at home. Born in Bangor, Maine, she was an author, spiritual counselor and a former teacher at Kealakehe High School. Priscilla Maile “Dolly” Kahele, 88, of Hilo died Sept. 29 at home. Born in Hilo, she was a retired custodian for Waiakea High School and a member of the Gospel of Salvation Church in Hilo. Visitation to be held Thursday (Nov. 4) 8:30-9:30 a.m. at Dodo Mortuary Chapel in Hilo, with funeral service to begin at 9:30 a.m. and burial to take place same day at East Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2 at noon. Casual attire; face masks and social distancing required. Seating limited. Survived by sons William Kepaa Kahele of Calif. and Phillip (Gizelle) Kahele of Hilo; sister Myra (Edward) Boteilho of Kohala; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, one hanai son, two hanai granddaughters and numerous nieces nephews and cousins. Elaine Lucille “Sister” Kailikulamanuole Ludloff, 91, of Hilo died Oct. 4 at home. Born in Hilo, she was a retired private secretary with the County of Hawaii. Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 13, 10-11 a.m. at Haili Church with private service to follow. Survived by sons Michael (Kathy) McPherson of Wash., James (Kirsty) McPherson of Wash. and Steve (Patricia) Wilhelm of Hilo; daughters Meri McPherson of Hilo, Hualani Lyman Wilhelm-Key of Texas; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Rositania “Rose” Salasayo Recelis, 97, of Kailua-Kona died Oct. 17 at home. Born in Hawi, she was a retired registered nurse for Queen’s Medical Center and Tripler Army Hospital.
