Born in Keopu Mauka, she was a macadamia nut and coffee farmer, lauhala weaver, eucharistic minister and member of St. Benedict’s Catholic Church, South Kona Senior Citizens Club, and the Cultural Advisory Group and Keauhou-Kahaluu Education Group of Kamehameha Schools. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Saturday, April 30, at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Honaunau. Mass at 10 a.m. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. Casual attire; flowers welcome. Donald “Chucky” Leilani Case Sr., 81, of Waimea, died March 26 at North Hawaii Community Hospital.
