George E. Britto, 86, of Wainaku died May 10 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a retired auto salesman for Orchid Isle Auto Center. No services. Survived by wife, E. Penny; son, Glenn K.; a grandson. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary.

Benjamin Diama, 88, of Kailua-Kona died April 29 at a private care home in Keaau. Born in Hilo, Benjamin was retired from Kona Community Hospital, a teacher, artist, poet and author. The Rev. Midori Ogawa Kondo, 87, of Keaau died March 27 at home. Born in Pasadena, Calif., she was a retired teacher in the Los Angeles and Hawaii school districts, Nishi Hongwanji Buddhist minister at Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin and Lihue Hongwanji, was active in the Kyodan and Buddhist Women’s Association (Fujinkai) and a Dharma School Teacher. Brenda Nabarro-Masuno, 59, of Hilo, died March 25 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Hilo, she was a certified nurse’s aide. Private services held.
