Cristito Tiogangco Jr., 75, of Hilo, died April 17 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Ka‘u, he was an Army veteran, retired laborer with Isemoto Contracting and was a member of the Hawaii Laborers Union Local 368. Celebration of life to be held Sept. 3 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Aja Veterans Center in Hilo. Survived by wife Celeste A. (Ahuna) Tiogangco of Hilo; hanai son Bronson K.
