Frederick Emilius Cobb-Adams, 86, of Ocean View, formerly of Kaneohe, Oahu, died Sept. 18 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu, he was a groundskeeper for the City and County of Honolulu. Celebration of life visitation 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at Ulumau Village, Oahu. Memorial service at noon. Abraham Wailama Kihe III, 56, of Waimea died Sept. 26 at home. Born in Honokaa, he was a heavy equipment operator for Isemoto Contracting Co., member of the Kawaihae Canoe Club, Operators Union Local 3, Ka Hea O Ka ‘Ahiu Hunting Club, ‘Imiola Congregational Church and US Army veteran. Celebration of life and visitation 9-10 a.m. Saturday (Oct. 29) at Rim Ranch, Mahiki (Mud Lane), Waimea. Memorial service at 10 a.m. Casual attire (jacket for cold weather). Harumi Watanabe Koga, 91, of Pepeekeo, formerly of Ookala, died Aug. 16 at home. Born in Papaikou, she was a retired custodian at Laupahoehoe Elementary and High School and member of Pepeekeo Senior Citizens and the Retired Senior Volunteer Program. Ronald E. Manuel, 76, of Hawaiian Ocean View Estates, formerly of Waipahu, Oahu, died Aug. 24 at Hilo Medical Center, Born in Pauuilo, he was retired from Tokunaga Masonry on Oahu, a member of Hawaii Masons Union Local 1 International Union of Bricklayers and Affiliated Crafters and Konawaena High School. Class of 1963 graduate. Celebration of life held Oct. 8 in Puna. Survived by daughter, Charla Manuel; brothers, Richard Manuel, Freddy Manuel, Leabert Manuel and Daniel (Sandra) Manuel; sisters, Linda (Andy) Batino and Dolly Pagan; nieces and nephews.

Frank “Uncle Frank” Allen Stallard, 87, of Pahoa died Oct. 9 at his Leilani Estates home. Born in Clinchko, Va., he was an ironworker in Alaska.
