Police: Both lanes of Highway 132 are now open
UPDATE: Police say both lanes of Highway 132 are now open. Please drive with caution and aloha.
PREVIOUSLY:
Police say Highway 132 is closed in both directions for several hours a large tree fell across the roadway in the area of Lava Tree State Park, just outside Pahoa Village.
Equipment and personnel are working to clear the roadway, and the public is advised to use alternate routes.
