This free plated breakfast event includes a discussion of emerging investment trends, tips for keeping track of your investments, strategies for spotting and avoiding fraud, and tools offered by financial regulators to help you become a smarter, more informed investor.
Topics include cryptocurrency, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), self-directed IRAs, and the Hawaii Retirement Savings Program.
The featured speakers are Robert Mascio, director of FINRA Investor Education Foundation, and a representative from the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. The event is free, but space is limited, and preregistration is required at https://events.aarp.org/HImoney.
