Hawaii County’s 2023 Summer Fun Program in underway for keiki and teenagers at 22 locations across the island.
The programs run from June 5 to July 14.
While official registration has closed, parents can call a particular site to see if it can still accept keiki for the program.
In East Hawaii, there are programs at Panaewa Gym, Piihonua Gym, Andrews Gym, Kawananakoa Gym, Puueo Community Center, Hilo Armory, Naalehu Community Center, Robert N. Herkes Ka‘u District Gym, Keaau Armory, William “Billy” Kenoi District Park, Papaikou Gym and Honokaa Sports Complex.
