Matsue U. ”Honey” Fujimoto, 92, of Bothell, Wash., formerly of Hilo, died Nov. 3, 2022, at home. Born in Hilo, she was a retired public schoolteacher. Visitation 10-11 a.m. Saturday (June 17) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Memorial service at 11 a.m. Urn committal noon Monday, June 19 at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2 Pavilion. Cynthia Elaine Kaetsu, 80, of Hilo died March 20 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Baltimore, she was a retired registered nurse at Life Care Center of Hilo.
