Jaylene Jacinto Pagtama, 32, of Keaau, died Aug. 9 at Staub Hospital in Honolulu. Born in Hilo, she was a teacher at Keaau High School and a student clerk at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Celebration of life to be held Sept. 15 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel in Hilo, with a service at 7 p.m. and visitation from 4-9 p.m. Final visitation to be held at the same location the next day at 9 a.m., with a burial at Homeland Memorial Park.
