Born in Honolulu, he was the retired chief engineer Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa, worked at the former Sheraton Waikoloa Beach Resort, former Kona Surf Resort and the Moana Surfrider Hotel and was Kaimuki High School alum and U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam War veteran. Visitation 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday (June 1) at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 539 Kapahulu Ave. in Honolulu. High Mass 9:30 a.m.-10:15 a.m. Light refreshments and “talk story” to follow in Parish Hall.
