Christina K Andrews, 98, of Hilo died June 26 at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. Born in Hilo, she was an organist and member of Haili Congregational Church and St Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Thursday (July 11) at Haili Congregational Church. Service at 10 a.m. Survived by daughters, Pauline Romero of Arizona, DonnaRae Akau and Susan Damo of Hilo; sons, Richard Rickard Jr. and Francis Rickard of Hilo; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren; cousins. Dale Shannon Dinsmore, 86, of Keaau died June 30 at home. Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, she was a retired technical librarian and travel agent, volunteer at Lyman Museum and Palace Theater, and member of Centers for Spiritual Living East Hawaii, Big Island Women in Travel and American Rhododendron Society. Survived by sons, Daniel (Brita) Dinsmore of Shelton, Wash., and Kendal (Angela Chi Chen) Dinsmore of Eastvale, Calif.; daughter, Danika (Ken Ashdown) Dinsmore of Gibsons, British Columbia, Canada; a granddaughter.
