BILLINGS, Mont. — UH-Hilo women’s cross country concluded its season with competition at the NCAA West Regional 6k meet Saturday morning at Amend Park.
Megan Donovan, Isabel Raymond and Maggi Morrell represented UH-Hilo among the field of nearly 200 runners.
Donovan, a former Vulcans soccer athlete turned cross country runner, completed her collegiate career and led the trio at a No. 149 placement.
Raymond transferred in this fall from Iona University (New York) where she mainly competed in track events with just five cross country races over her four years there. This season, she competed in all six events for the Vulcans and finished Saturday’s competition shortly behind Donovan at No. 155.
Morrell, a freshman, finished at No. 178.
Saturday was the first time since 2019 the Vulcans participated in the regional race.
