Friends of Lili‘uokalani Gardens will sponsor the fifth Banyan Drive Art Stroll on Saturday, Jan. 11, from noon until 6 p.m., reviving an event that brought artists and art lovers to the Waiakea peninsula for an afternoon of fun from Suisan Fish Market to the Grand Naniloa Hotel and every place in between.

“Banyan Drive Art Stroll is a joyful event,” committee co-chair Jelena Clay of Banyan Gallery said in a press release.

This year the theme is “The Legacy of the Cherished Gardens (Ka Ho‘oilina o Na Mala Ho‘oheno),” suggested by Lilinoe Keliipio-Young.

Applications for artwork entry into the exhibit or photographic display will be available at Banyan Gallery.
