Born in Regina, Sasketchewan, Canada, he was a concert promoter, musician and a real estate developer and investor, a member of Laborers Local 341 of Anchorage, Alaska, and AAA. Dolly Dahle Loo, 87, of Waimea died March 30 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Erie, Pa., she worked in private business and for Parker School, an office administrator at Pohakuloa Training Area and was president emerita of the Waimea Arts Council. Memorial reception 3-5 p.m. Saturday at the WAC Firehouse Gallery; phone 887-1052. The reception coincides with the botanical art exhibition at WAC. Survived by son, Dale of New Mexico; brother, John of Union City, Calif.; brother-in-law, Albert Loo of Honolulu; two nephews, three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
