Alipio Agtagma Castro, 86, of Honokaa died Oct. 14 at home. Born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he was a retired steward for the Hyatt Regency/Hilton Waikoloa Village and member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Honokaa. All-night vigil starts 6 p.m. Friday (Nov. 3) at family home, 45-3687 Olopua Place, Honokaa. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 4) at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Mass at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Honokaa Catholic Cemetery. Casual attire; flowers and lei welcome. Survived by wife, Brigida Castro of Honokaa; daughters, Anacleta (Gerry) Romero and of Honokaa and Florencia (Ernesto) Pasalo of Maui; sons, Adel (Cora) Castro and Basilio Castro of Honokaa, Boni (Mary Jane) Castro of Paauilo, Victorino (Caroline) Castro of Honokaa, Robert (Marlyn Grace) Castro of Philippines; brother-in-law, Arcadio (Remegia) Lorenzo of the Philippines; sister in-law, Monica Pinacate of the Philippines; 18 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
