Born in Kealakekua, he was a food waiter at the Kona Inn, Royal Kona Resort and the former King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel. Friends may call at 9 a.m. Aug. 24 at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church lot next to the City of Refuge in Honaunau for a 10 a.m. celebration of life. Casual attire. Loose flowers are welcome.
