Police seek unauthorized control suspect

Hawaii Island police are searching for a 52-year-old Hilo woman wanted for alleged unauthorized control of a stolen vehicle.

Jozan Mei-Ling Buckley-Francisco, aka Kaleo Francisco is described as 5 foot 8 inches, 132 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She’s known to frequent the Puna and Hilo area and may be driving a silver 2016 Jeep Latitude, license number ZDD520.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
