Indonesia struggles to recover quake’s dead, help the living

TANJUNG, Indonesia — The rescue team did everything it could to locate the body of the man, who was killed instantly when a massive 7.0-magnitude earthquake collapsed his home Sunday night on the Indonesian island of Lombok.
