After he was done swimming, it’s a wonder the 10-year-old could still stand up straight considering how much gold he was wearing around his neck.
Swimming for Hilo Aquatic Club, Lee won seven gold medals at the state age group championships on Oahu. He easily earned high-point honors in his age group, and his 140 points tied for tops in any division.
