Concerned about your family’s wellbeing in these interesting times? Join us in this three-part online series utilizing the Zoom video conferencing platform as we delve into the practicalities of resilience, using time tested techniques from permaculture, Pacific island wisdom and sustainable agriculture.
Whether you reside on a rural homestead or in an apartment complex, there is an array of options to increase self-reliance for yourself, your loved ones, and our larger community. Topics for Part 1: Food Resilience, will include resilience self-assessment, fast food production strategies, nutrient-dense fruits/vegetables, immune-supporting protocols, edible wild plants and more. An information packet of handouts and resources, including the Zoom PowerPoint slides, will be emailed to all participants.
