Born in Shakopee, Minn., he was owner-operator of Kevin Furuli Diesel Mechanic, formerly employed as a diesel mechanic at local commercial quarry operations and trucking companies, volunteer youth baseball coach for New Hope Angels, youth girl’s softball coach for Hilo Comets, member of New Hope Hilo Church and Hale Pule Ke Aloha Hou and served in the ‘Imi Ola Cancer Support Ministry.
