UPDATE: Highway 11 at Kipimana Street is now open.
Police are reporting a partial road closure near the Kipimana Street intersection by Shipman Business Park on Highway 11 in the south/Puna bound lane just north of Keaau due to a police investigation.
Officers are on scene and will be providing traffic control. Please use caution in the area.
