Labrador is charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, three counts of second-degree theft, and unauthorized possession of personal confidential information.
The charges against Labrador stem from two separate incidents.
The first occurred on Feb. 8. Police say Labrador was caught on video surveillance entering a Kinoole Street business and taking electronics and other items valued at more than $5,200.
The second incident, police say, took place on March 2, when Labrador allegedly entered a vehicle on Kilauea Avenue and took more than $7,000 in cash and other items.
Police say detectives have also forwarded a separate second-degree burglary case to prosecutors for review. In that case, Labrador has been positively identified as a suspect in the burglary of a restaurant on Pauahi Street, according to police.
