Police seek leads on missing ‘endangered’ girl
Police are seeking leads on a missing child.
Twelve-year-old Justine Kawaa was last seen on Kaumana Drive at about 8 p.m. Tuesday.
She’s described as five-feet-tall, about 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Kawaa was initially reported as a runaway, but due to her age she is considered endangered.
