Police seeking missing teen
Police are requesting public assistance in locating a missing teen.
Cara Miguel was last seen on Aug. 19 at about 6:30 p.m. in the 25-0000 block of Malumalu Street in Hilo. The 15-year-old Miguel was wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and a black backpack at the time.
She is described as having a light complexion, standing at 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 120 pounds, with dark hair and brown eyes.
