Police have charged a 35-year-old Waikoloa man with attempted murder and burglary in connection with a Thursday night incident in Waikoloa.
According to Kona Patrol Sgt. Akira Edmoundson, Joel H. White was charged Saturday night. Bail was set at $275,000.
Neither Edmoundson nor Kona Criminal Investigations Section Detective Levon Stevens would provide the Tribune-Herald with any other information on the incident, both citing a media release forthcoming on Monday.
