Roscoe “Rocky” Albert Shorey IV, 42, of Washougal, Wash., died March 30 on Mount St. Helens in Washington. Born in Kona, he was a certified personal trainer, skydiving instructor, motorcyclist and mountaineer, and business graduate from Washington State University, who volunteered and mentored youth for Big Brothers/Big Sisters and numerous outdoors organizations.
