HILO — It was smooth sailing as usual for Kohala boys basketball during Monday’s game against the Vikings at Hilo High. The defending state champion Cowboys won 44-36, improving to 6-0 in the Big Island Interscholastic Federation (BIIF) and 8-5 overall.
