K&T Water Hauling’s 4,000-gallon truck will offer free water to Puna residents affected by Tropical Storm Iselle today at Hawaiian Paradise Park’s community center at 17th Avenue and Makuu Drive. The company will again offer free water on Friday at 32nd Avenue and Makuu. The company will also be handing out 150-200 free chili lunch plates beginning at 1 p.m. Friday.
