Hawaii Electric Light Co. regrets to inform the community that the Arbor Day Tree Giveaway scheduled for today at its office in Hilo has been postponed because of the unavailability of plants.
In West Hawaii, the Amy B.H. Greenwell Ethnobotanical Garden in Captain Cook is hosting an Arbor Day Celebration today and Sunday.
A limited number of trees will be distributed from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. both days while supplies last.
