Alex Arruda, 16, left, of Boy Scout Troop 91 installs a section of 566 feet of chainlink fencing around Machado Acres Park on Friday afternoon for his Eagle Scout project. Troop and family members assisted with the effort. The group of more than 40 people worked for four days to install the fence.
