Water tankers are available for residents affected by a water main break in the Kaumana area.
Hawaii County Department of Water Supply expects water service to be restored by 10 p.m.
Areas affected include Sunrise Estates, Sunrise Ridge and Hilo Hillside subdivisions; homes along Kaumana Drive from Chong to Pilialoha streets; and Chong Street from Naauao Street to Lewa Nuu Street, including Lawelawe Circle; and Nowelo Street extension.
Tankers are available at the intersections of Hokulani and Haleloke streets and Mokihana Street and Manu Place.
