Police are seeking for a 46-year-old Puna man wanted for questioning in ID theft and criminal property damage cases.
Floyd Edgar Chapman also is wanted on two bench warrants for contempt of court.
He’s described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 196 pounds, with brown hair and he might have a beard and mustache.
