He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. No services. Survived by daughters, Robin Fraser of Las Vegas, Nev., Rebecca Carrington of Mesa, Ariz., Ronda Osorio of Las Vegas, Nev., and Jillyn (Michael) Katz of Las Vegas, Nev.; sons, Steven Duling of Las Vegas, Nev., David Paule of Las Vegas, Nev., and Shawn Paule of Las Vegas, Nev.; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Randall Aden Pratt, 90, formerly of Kailua, Oahu, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, at home in Kurtistown. Born in Rising City, Neb., he was a retired insurance sales manager for Sun Life of Canada and Standard of Oregon. He was a WWII U.S. Army veteran; a former member of the Hawaii Army National Guard; a past president of the Rotary Club of Honolulu; and a volunteer for the Salvation Army of Honolulu.
