After a busy period of preseason tournaments, the teams were playing for the third time in 12 days after splitting the first two meetings.
The Dragons, a contender in BIIF Division II, outscored Kamehameha, a contender in BIIF Division I, 18-11 in the final quarter to pull ahead.
Kamuela Spencer Herring added 12 points for Honokaa and Gene Ansagay had 10.
The Warriors led in a tightly contested game before losing their grip in the fourth quarter. Isaiah Nakoa-Oness led Kamehameha with 16 points and Samuel Kainalu Kahapea chipped in with 12.
