Cecelia “Cissy” Ann Fernandez, 69, Kailua-Kona died July 27 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu, she was a retired waitress at King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel and was also a waitress at the former Reuben’s and Spindrifter restaurants. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Kailua-Kona. Funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial at Kona Memorial Park in Holualoa. Casual attire; flowers welcome.
