Danny Tordel Astrande, 85, of Hilo died Feb. 17 at the Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center in Hilo. Born in Dolores Abra, the Philippines, he was a retired sugar cane truck drive and member of the Church of the Holy Apostles in Hilo.
