Pablo Cablayan Draculan, 102, of Hilo died Friday, May 18, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Cagayungan, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, he was retired from the former Hamakua Sugar Company. Alma L. Prigmore, 91, formerly of Hilo, died Tuesday, May 22. She was a former real estate broker and owner of Tapa Realty. Her ashes will be deposited in the ocean in Hilo, joining those of her husband, James. Survived by sisters, Pat (Jack) Houser, and Betty Faris; several nieces and nephews.
