DUPONT, Washington – Kiersten Saludares secured a runner-up finish as the UH-Hilo Women’s Golf team got the 2023-24 season tee’d off this week with a seventh-place finish at the Saint Martin’s University Fall Invitational.

WAIPAHU – The UH-Hilo women’s soccer team posted a 3-1 victory over HPU, with goals scored by the trio of Filippa Graneld, Teani Arakawa and Alyssa Padron on Tuesday afternoon at the Waip‘io Peninsula Soccer Stadium in a non-conference contest.

Aidan Santos headed in his first collegiate goal for the game-winning score in the 22nd minute as the UH-Hilo men’s soccer team barged through San Francisco State, 1-0, Sunday afternoon in the Vulcans’ home-opening match at the Vulcan Soccer Field.
UH-Hilo men’s basketball opens season on Nov. 3
The 2023-24 UH-Hilo men’s basketball slate features 29 games — including 14 opportunities to catch the Vulcans at home at the Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium, but fans will have to bide their time as the team will open with seven road games through to the end of November.
