Dante Orpilla spray paints a mural Thursday at a building on Keawe Street in Hilo. Orpilla modeled the painting after Kristina Waiau of Hilo, who dances hula. Orpilla and other artists are attempting to paint more murals to decorate downtown with color to celebrate Merrie Monarch this June.
